Lia is responsible for leading Elwood’s legal function, providing legal guidance to the organization, strategically identifying legal risk, structuring proactive policies and procedures, negotiating, and finalizing large commercial transactions, and managing Elwood Staffing’s Legal Department. Lia joined Elwood Staffing in 2007.

Jenna is responsible for Elwood Staffing’s workforce analytics initiatives—enabling company leaders to make strategic, data-driven decisions about employees through surveys, white papers, reports, guidebooks, and more. She enjoys the role because it uses a little math and a little management science to make work better for a lot of people. She has been with Elwood Staffing for 11 years and is a Certified Staffing Professional®. Jenna resides in Caledonia, MS, with her husband and children.

Austin is responsible for managing Elwood Staffing’s contingent worker recruiting strategy and the company’s central recruiting team to create and execute strategic recruiting initiatives from the corporate and field levels. He enjoys this because it connects two of his passions: engaging with the public and helping people find jobs. He has been with Elwood Staffing for over five years and is a Certified Staffing Professional®.
